NOTE: In June 2004 Weyerhaeuser agreed to sell 304,000 acres in Georgia to Virginia Forest Investment, Georgia Fall Line Properties, Southern Timber Consultants, and Copper Station Holdings No. 3. Weyerhaeuser gained 1,700,000 acres of land when it acquired Willamette Industries in 2002, and has since sold sold 346,000 acres in Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina and 250,000 acres in Washington and Oregon.
